ABOUT

Operator. Architect. Builder.

Two decades building brands, companies and systems across industries and continents.

I design and build the operating layer — where strategy meets technology and results take shape.

AI did not replace my previous disciplines. It connects them.

One line of work, several disciplines

My work has always sat where brand, commerce, operations and systems meet: long years in brand and commercial roles; building and scaling digital commerce and D2C structures; operating leadership with COO responsibility; ERP, IT and systems work; international operations across Germany, Denmark, wider Europe and the US.

Brand brought the quality and customer context, commerce the digital processes and data, ERP and IT the systems thinking, operations the ownership and the reality check, management the prioritisation. AI is the orchestration and intelligence layer that now connects them.

Operator

Because responsibility does not end with strategy. I carry operating responsibility as COO at BERING and at BRANDMARK, and work day to day with the brands in that world — BERING, GLOCK Watches, LUIS & FREYA — across international operations, finance and ERP, supply, marketing and brand, commerce, agencies and teams.

Operator means: the solution has to work on Monday morning, not only in the workshop.

Architect

Source-of-truth systems. Knowledge layers. AI agent workflows and model routing. ERP and commerce connections. Process and operating models. Governance and system boundaries. Multi-agent coding. Creative production systems.

Architect means: define the structure and the boundaries of responsibility before optimising individual tools.

Builder

Built, or built with AI coding agents under my direction: a multi-brand AI production platform, an orchestration cockpit for governed AI coding, a knowledge and operating hub, a supply decision runtime, local AI tooling, automation layers, commerce integrations and audits — and the governance tooling around them.

Builder means: take systems to runtime and test level, not to a slide.

How I think about AI

AI is not a feature you put on top.

The leverage appears when a company rethinks its work, systems and decision paths — and autonomy is not a goal in itself: more automation without a source of truth, governance or ownership makes processes worse.

Overrated: prompt engineering as strategy, one model for everything, maximum autonomy, pilots without integration.

Underrated: process design, business rules, data semantics, source of truth, human gates, evidence, rollback, ownership — and research before generation.

In numbers that are true

  • 20+ years across operations, systems, commerce and growth.
  • 100+ projects from strategy to implementation.
  • International brands and businesses.
  • Built to work — not just to impress.

If this sounds like the person you want involved, let's talk.
